We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This position offers flexible scheduling with the option to work part-time or full-time, depending on your career goals and availability.

You’ll have the opportunity to design treatment plans, provide supervision and training to RBTs, collaborate with families, and make a meaningful impact in a clinic-based setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs and skills assessments, then create individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise, train, and support RBTs to ensure fidelity of implementation.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven updates.
- Collaborate closely with families and team members.
- Maintain clinical documentation per BACB and insurance guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Experience supervising RBTs and working in clinic or community ABA settings.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
